The rooms were cleaned daily! The buffet provided ample food choices. The pools included a separate area just for adults. This was very relaxing. the beach was easily accessible and well maintained.

The food selection at breakfast was okay, with a decent assortment of fruits.

I was disappointed by the service at the Pine court bar. The staff seemed unable to prepare a simple vodka tonic. They did not even know the ingredients. The shower's water pressure and temperature fluctuated a lot (it was actually quite dangerous).

i found the pool area very close to the beach it was convenient. clean towels were always available at the towel stand. our room was located far from the facilities but a golf cart provided rides on occasion.

the main buffet restaurant was sometimes overcrowded.

the staff ensured i received assistance when needed they were quick and helpful. esra from customer relations contacted me via whatsapp to see how my stay was. staff decorated tables with flowers for a birthday celebration.

the hotel is situated in a mountainous area and provides lovely views all around. a shuttle service is available making movement within the resort easier. the facility offers ample parking spaces.
